Dihtran Tovold should have died.

To defeat the deranged Lorb, preserve the peace of the galaxy, save her friends, and have any hope of keeping the man she's avoiding, Dihtran must learn to trust God; to love enough to risk death and loss.
But she is afraid.
About the Author
Zeta spent the first three months of her life almost being involved in things much larger than she was. Born in December of 1945, she missed being a boomer by a merciful two weeks. Consequently she can field all the complaints about that generation with, “It isn’t me.” Then by the third month of her life, her mother had returned to Miami, ergo, she is not a native of that fair place where she lived for the following 58 years.
While she grew up, Miami morphed into an international city alive with exotic foods and charmingly accented English. Teaching in an inner-city high school in Miami gave Zeta an ever deeper appreciation for the excitement of being immersed in a multicultural mélangeof humanity. It also provided the inspiration for more species than any novel could possibly contain. Hence, she must write on.
After retiring in 2003, Zeta’s husband and she moved to Cocoa Beach, Florida with three cats and a dinghy. There remains but one cat who, being raised from the age of three weeks by inept humans, is highly confused about feline protocol. Soothed by the music of Native American flutes, the cat has adjusted to this strange new planet of sun and surf. Zeta also finds it a lovely place in which to write, for no one here suspects what’s on her mind.

Full of imaginative, often delightful characters - that will challenge your concept of the complexity of what lies within all created life. Add to this a plot that turns at warp speed and you have a great read.
It was a great read, you can tell the author really put thought into the character's and their interactions.
Well thought out. Kept my attention. Since this going to be a trilogy I, tongue in cheek, suggest that the title of #2 be, "But..." and for #3 be, "You Can't Hide"
A great story. A little confusing in the beginning but worth the read. Some editing problems but again a good story line. Hope there is a sequel.
This is an excellent book. I highly recommend it. JLW
